Thank you for this. This meditation has been a useful tool for getting off the hamster wheel at night. I listen to it when I get into my bed spinning but needing to quiet my mind and rest; when I am forced to acknowledge all the pain my body is feeling. It allows me to "tuck in" all the open loops, etc without the anxiety about what I don't have the answers for yet or didn't finish and eases the trauma/fear-based reactionary thought patterns that would otherwise keep me needing to be alert and unable to rest. It's been a good grounding and clearing...a mini "brain dump" if you will, so I can more easily turn it all off for the night. 😉
