Good Insights = Good Sales
When running an agency that does marketing for gyms there some important things to remember. People going through significant life changes often reassess their health (e.g., new parents, recent retirees, or those moving to a new city). Design ad creatives and messaging that speak directly to these life transitions. For example, ads targeting new parents can focus on quick workouts or postnatal fitness, while those for retirees might emphasize longevity and low-impact exercises. Use insights into when people are most likely active on social media in a fitness context (e.g., early mornings or post-work hours) to schedule ads or content, creating a sense of real-time engagement. Also if you are in the health in fitness space remember that January is generally the busiest time of year for gyms, because everyone has set out their New Years resolutions.

That is true! Very interesting points that you bring up.
Instant Sub Account Creation via Onboarding Form
I had it set up prior to GHL making an entirely new API. Now I don't know how to do it. Can someone please help. I'll even pay for the lesson or setup

@Liam Chase how do you do that? I had to use make in order to automate the process. Granted, I would rather use an onboarding form so I don't have to go back and fill in all the other information needed in the sub account.
Running Ads > Cold Calling, Cold Email, Cold ANYTHING
When I say running ads outclasses cold ANYTHING. I mean it. Now you might be thinking, "That's great, but I don't have a budget set aside for ads." I would implore you to find out why? You sell ads and ad adjacent services to your clientele, but don't trust them enough to use for yourself. That seems to go against the age old adage of "Only sell what you believe in". With a budget of simply $50 per day you can go from - spending 3-5 hours cold calling per day, 1-3 hours of optimizing emails and responding, or 2-4 hours typing out FB/IG/X DMs - to having appointments flood your calendar without lifting a finger. The only obstacle stopping you is you. So I would encourage you to figure out a budget for ads and figure it out quick. You could be spending time on the wrong tasks.

@Jack Goddard there are but all of them are in the same exact area as my current client and foundation repair businesses have large service areas. The main issue is trying to get clients from other parts of the US

Foundation Repair Outreach HELL
So outside of running ads I want to be able to find and reach out to foundation repair company owners. The main thing is that I'm too busy to cold call or DM (on any platform). So that would leave email. The issue I'm running into is that email subject lines and getting the value propositions across is damn near impossible for me. Also is there a way that I can connect instantly.ai to GoHighLevel? That way I can get notifications when someone replies?
