@Mario Lanzarotti sad to hear! But thanks for your honesty :)
My first coaching call 🙌
Thank you @Mario Lanzarotti for hosting this call and everyone who attended it, I was genuinely surprised by how good it was, I've probably never been to like a real coaching call and Im blown away, sometimes it's super helpful to just ask a question and get a direct feedback and answer to it, courses cant provide this. I was pretty lost getting on the call trying to figure out what direction should I go, I just left a business I was building in the last 8 months and invested a lot of money in. And now I was here trying to make a decision, should I sharpen my axe or use my axe and get into the arena? I told my story to Mario and he explained me a lot of interesting concepts one was this quote from the book Alchemist: "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it" and the opposite is also true "When you don't want something, all the universe conspires in sabotaging you to achieve it" I tried out countless businesses in the last couple of years and there is one I keep coming back to which is youtube and building a personal brand, I go out build a lead gen agency for 8 months get slapped in the face and now Im back in building my youtube channel, somehow I always get back to it. Probably the only thing that was stopping me from going all in was fear of failure, I think when we are not that interested in something we are much more okay to fail, however when the stakes are high and the stuff actually matters we want to avoid to do the thing. Its a really interesting thing, wanting something so bad you actually don't do it. But I guess the first lesson is just realising that the fear of failure is there and taking action anyway also a homework I got from the call is to look at other life areas where I could also lie to myself about what I actually want, this will be something I will be exploring in the next few days and also probably I will read the book Alchemist Ty for the call

@Callum Rylance bro, honestly. He refers to “Frankenstein” vs “Einstein” thinking styles. The difference being Frankie tries to keep you safe, presents doubt etc, whereas Einy figures out solutions, is optimistic etc. A simple question. Is this Einstein or Frankenstein talking?! Then move accordingly!

You are a six-figure Zenpreneur
Or rather, there's a six-figure zenpreneur in you. What's stopping you from getting there? Ceremony hopping. When Mario explained this concept to me, it was clear that I attributed my confidence to joining courses, coaching and communities. This limited my growth for years. I relied on taking new courses, hiring new coaches, joining new communities as a way to avoid doing the actual work. Truth is, all of that helped. It was like adding new pieces to the puzzle and seeing the picture with more clarity and context. But I used that as substitute for actual work. I was day dreaming in imagination land vs doing the work in execution land. When I snapped back to reality, it was obvious that consuming new information wasn't actually adding • more money to my bank account. • more peace to my mental account. "The magic you're looking for is in the work that you're avoiding." And if you continue to avoid and resist the Zenpreneur philosophy, You may make some money, but you may not feel fulfilled. You may feel more self-actualised, but your bank balance may not reflect that. That's where Mario comes in. With his guidance, I am at more peace I make more money I work with dream clients. If that's something you're interested in, join the Value Call hosted by @Mario Lanzarotti next week. Here's a 10 second loom on how to add the event to your calendar. The call will have an open Q&A format. Just simple conversations that will fundamentally change how you approach business and life.

And funnily enough, I have noticed a similar habit in me - certainly in the past for sure. Now, who knows. Let’s see how the next few months play out !
The first Zenpreneur call is on Wednesday, 9 am EST
@Mario Lanzarotti is hosting. I was burnt out. 3 years. Not getting anywhere. Until I started working with Mario. And within 1 year, I scaled two agency businesses to $15K months and $18K months. I'm working with my dream clients and business partners. Mario activated ALL OF THIS. I was getting in my own way. And he deconstructed exactly how. Now here's the thing. Working with Mario is expensive. Like extremely expensive. His coaching clients pay him up $1000+ for one hour. And on Wednesday, he's all yours for 2 hours between 9 am - 11 am EST. I reached out to some of you in the DMs to see if you'll join. We have 5 fuck yeahs, 4 soft yeses. And we're only accepting 10 fuck yeahs on the call. Mario doesn't want this experience to become like a webinar. Mario dives deep. He wants you to actually benefit from the call. And so we've limited how many people can join the call. Only the first 10 fuck yeahs can join the call. We have 5 confirmed, 4 soft yeses. If you're a "fuck yeah, I want to join", comment on this post or DM me.

Shan at Genflow has done over $100 million in revenue with his agency. And an additional $9M in January last month. Working with brands like Apple, Nike, Spotify. Working with creators like Ali Abdaal, Chris Williamson, KSI. And so when Shan created an accelerator, I applied. This is their very first cohort at Genflow. They've only selected 7 agencies to join. Among applicants were agencies doing $100K+/month that didn't get through. 6 of those selected are doing $50K-$400K/month. Me? I'm averaging $12K for the last 6 months, some months more, others less. Previously, we've hit five consecutive $18K months with the Playstack business where I'm an equal partner and $16K months (twice) with my community building business (I don't have a website, all clients came from me leading with context, time and value for free - the Zenpreneur lead generation way). So why was I selected? Still trying to figure this one out... The important thing is that there's a lot of insights coming your way. First big insight from Shan. "What got you here won't get you there" is a myth. At least in the context of growing a $10,000/ month agency to an 8 figure agency. These guys have done the same end to end execution process with 250+ clients (who pay $100K-$1M/ year). I'll reframe myself Starting with their first client, it's the same execution process. Which means it's all about mastery of the same things over time. Hot outreach. Overdeliver with value. 11 star experience. Robust client communication framework. Actual results. Have they refined their systems over time? Of course. But the foundation for agencies remain the same. What Genflow has achieved is the McDonaldisation of delivering the same experience and value by focusing on the essentials • skills and service offers • culture (CEO, leadership, talent) • lead gen (hot outreach, referrals) • sales (sourcing -> qualification -> pitching -> deal -> account management) • operations (approval setups, project management, delivery squad)
