Are you guys still using skool for group chats?

Anybody else having trouble accessing the courses they paid for? I joined back in May, but haven't had much time to watch the videos consistently until recently, but now they don't seem to be here anymore. Just wondering if they have been moved to a different place since I haven't been on here in a while. If anybody could comment some advice to help down below, I would appreciate that. (See photo) To be transparent , this client got denied originally so he had to lower his utilization (pay down some credit balances) and wait another 45 days before applying.
