Hello everyone! I wanted to give you all an update of the journey I am in with business. I am very new to this process. I recently DECIDED on the group of people I want to serve. I decided that I want to work with individuals with body image insecurity and body shame. As a personal trainer I feel that we are very focused on the result of weight loss. However the deep rooted issue of overeating or not taking care of health is heavily influenced on how the person feels about themselves. As someone who has dealt with personal body image issues growing up due to height and weight. It influenced how I saw myself growing up. So, my goal for the reaming of this month is to learn how to reach my audience through my new accounts on Instagram and Tiktok if you would like to follow both are the same username: @empowerthebod Goals: -learn how to reach my audience -learn how to have more conversations *overcome the fear having conversations and just talk to them when the opportunities come -and LEARN more and RESEARCH topics goes into body image/ body shame I am excited to get this going and to keep growing. It took me a couple months to figure out an audience that I would be passionate about in the long run. I am happy to be a part of this journey with you all.

First of all, everything is figure-out-able, and resourcefullness is the key to executing at the highest level. I finally transferred my kajabi site to Go High Level and I'm so excited I was finally able to do it. Ran into some road bumps where my website was "parked" on GoDaddy.com but we made it thru! Just proud of myself for continuing to push on and find solutions and get back on it! I realize the reason why I've been successful this year is because I don't stay paralyzed I figure it out and don't wait for someone to save me. Cheers to 2023! *Disclaimer* I quit entrepreneurship for a whole 5 minutes during this mental breakdown but I got back on it lol. It's okay to have human responses, but it's what you do after that defines you.

Working on my lead acquisition to keep getting more people in my world. @Greg Todd challenged us to get 10 leads a week (40 leads a month) by the end of the year. I'm pleased to say I met that goal, IN A DAY! What I did: Asked the people what they need help with Made a cheat sheet helping them organize the information People put in their name, email and # to get the cheat sheet and BOOM! 50 new leads in ONE DAY!
