Principles of learning
Rereading book - listening to a webinar again will only enhance your level of understanding and integration into daily practice. When you first listen/read new content you assimilate these new learnings into your repertoire at your current level of functioning. When re listen/read new content read you will learn things you did not pick up the first time. Hoping to listen to Mary’s first workshop again before tomorrow’s workshop

Block 2 of 8 - Releasing the Block of "There’s Not Enough" 🌟
Have you ever felt that there wasn’t enough opportunity, wealth, or success to go around? Maybe you’ve thought: “If they’re winning, I’m losing,” or “There’s just not enough for me.” This mindset is called <scarcity>, and it’s one of the most subtle yet powerful blocks that can keep us from living the life we dream of. The scarcity mindset tells us to compete rather than create, to see life as a fixed pie where more for someone else means less for us. But here’s the truth: We live in an abundant universe. There is more than enough for everyone to thrive—including you. A Shift in Perspective 🌀 Wallace Wattles, in <The Science of Getting Rich>, said it best: “We must get rid of the thought of competition. We are to create, not to compete for what is already created. We do not have to take anything away from anyone. We do not have to cheat, or to take advantage. We are to become a creator, not a competitor.” Let that sink in for a moment. When you embrace abundance, you’re no longer fighting for scraps. You’re opening yourself up to infinite possibilities, trusting that what’s meant for you will flow into your life with ease and grace. Affirmations to Embrace Abundance🌈 Here’s an affirmation to help you begin rewiring your thoughts: 🌀 “I live in an abundant universe. I have access to anything and everything that supports me in the life I love living. I accomplish my work with ease and grace. My work is appreciated and admired, and I am generously compensated for all the work that I do. I am grateful for the abundance that I have, and all that is coming to me.” Speak these words out loud—maybe even in front of a mirror—and notice how they feel in your body. Affirmations help to replace the “not enough” narrative with a truth that empowers you: there is always enough. Why AOMindSync Amplifies This Work🎧 While affirmations are powerful, hearing them in your own voice can take them to the next level. Here’s my step-by-step guide to writing affirmations effectively, with insights to make them work for you! ✍️ ✍️ The Power of Affirmations Affirmations are powerful statements designed to create ℕ𝔼𝕎 𝔹𝔼𝕃𝕀𝔼𝔽𝕊. 🪴 When spoken or written with intent, they act as seeds in your subconscious, creating positive transformation over time. ✍️ How to Write Affirmations Be Clear and Specific Target specific beliefs or goals. For example, instead of “I am successful,” try “I am achieving my goals with clarity and confidence.” Write in the Present Tense Frame your affirmations as if they are already true to reinforce your message. Keep Them Positive Use positive language. Rather than “I am not afraid,” say “I am courageous.” Add Emotion Attach a feeling to the affirmation—joy, peace, or excitement—as if it’s already your reality. ✍️ When to Switch Up Your Affirmations Repetition is key, but once your 𝔹𝔼𝕃𝕀𝔼𝔽 𝕊𝕐𝕊𝕋𝔼𝕄 has accepted an affirmation, it’s time to stop repeating it. Overuse can imply the belief hasn’t taken root, which can slow progress. 🙌 Manifesting Your New Beliefs As you recite your affirmations, visualize and feel your life as if they’ve already come true. Trust the process, align your beliefs with action, and let it unfold in its own time. ✍️ When to Update Your Affirmations Check in with your affirmations periodically. As you grow, write new affirmations that match your next level. 🔑 KTA - Key Takeaway Affirmations help create new beliefs, but once you’ve adopted those beliefs, you don’t need to keep repeating them. Your new reality is proof that your affirmations have worked. ✨ Curious about taking affirmations to the next level?
