@Sebastian Martinel yo! I’ve been really consistent with exercise! getting in lifting and riding my bike on rest days. Also been taking cold showers and intermittent fasting which has SIGNIFICANTLY improved my willpower against lustful degenerate habits. I can honestly credit my strength against that temptation to taking cold showers and fasting for sure. After watching a video (David Goggins) learning about the anterior midcingulate cortex, i’ve become very mindful of that through day-to-day life and just thinking all the time about ways to grow that part of my brain because it intrigued me so much. As far as talking with new people, I’ve simply just tried to start conversation with those around me at the gym, giving compliments and asking them questions. That’s been a good start for me!

Hello everyone! What's your nickname? I don't really have one! But some friends call me "Just" Where are you from? Originally Idaho! But I currently live in Utah Favorite color? Brown, blue, or red Lucky number? 7 or 4 Biggest strength? Willing to take learn. Emotionally intelligent (still working on that tho). And independence. Biggest weakness? Not putting myself out there in business, social settings, dating, and other areas What do you do? I'm a barber! I love making people look and feel good. I love skateboarding in my free time, I've just recently got into manga and I've been loving it. I also am into speed-cubing (solving Rubik's cubes)(I average around 23 seconds for a 3x3) I love playing guitar. Currently learning Japanese as well! Interesting fact about you? I grew up ballroom dancing for ten years of my life, haven't gotten back into it since high school What's your goal inside this community? To gain wisdom and sight of becoming my greatest self. Realizing that a lot of my hardest battles are with myself, so I'm wanting to take control and become my greatest version so that I can give more of my gifts to the world (whatever they are, I'm still finding them).
