B2B Sales Strategy - How to make B2B selling work.
Posting with thanks to @Alex Smith. I've heard lots of coaches and consultants in my network struggling with B2B sales conversations, especially in larger organisations with service based offerings. My background is Corporate Sales & Leadership and I work with lots of corporate clients myself (Odeon, Vitality Insurance, Align technology, Trudell Medical, Lexis Nexis and many others). I run Sales & Leadership Development programmes for their corporate teams and sell into their organisations myself. I've been asked if I run 'open' sales training programmes for different sales people and coaches, which I do a couple of times a year. I'm planning my next 2 day sales training course on Thursday the 27th & Friday the 28th of June in Cambridgeshire. The course is based on the best-selling book I wrote - Inspire, Influence, Sell and we work through the content in a very practical and applicable way over the two days. I've got 12 places and 6 people signed up before I've started promoting it (it's a brilliant course that delivers significant growth and return on investment for attendees). I'm offering an exclusive 10% discount on the course to Alex's Leadeth clients. If you're working with corporate clients or larger businesses, haven't been trained in sales and would like to know more, I'd love to share the details with you. You can learn more here and in the attached file. https://focus4growth.co.uk/inspire-sales-academy/ Just comment on this post, send me a DM or email and I'll be in touch. justinleigh@focus4growth.co.uk Thanks for considering it.

Campaign for Event signups
@Alex Smith, thank you for today's session. I'm about to implement your advice on my campaign to contact people who've marked themselves as 'attending' my event. I had this originally set up as a Smart campaign where as message was going out first, and then if I wasn't connected to them, a connection request would be sent out. You advised me to swap this around and have the connection request first and then the message, and also to change it from a Smart campaign to a Simple on. However, when I create a new campaign and add in the link for my event, I see this warning message in yellow (see screenshot). I now remember why I put the message first - it was because of this warning. Can you please advise?

@Dorcas Awok this is an interesting idea for using Leadeth to contact everyone who has said yes to attending our weekly events. A messaging campaign offering the slides and recording and a complimentary 1:1 coaching session.
