We have about 100 people. About 10 people asked for the course. About zero people went through the whole course. I'm switching to plan B and version v3.2 of the worksheet I have. When I finish rebuilding things, I'll publish the updated course. If you copied the worksheet and are using it, keep going it still works great. I use it with clients almost daily. I just need a workshop that people are willing to do on their own - a workshop that has as little friction as possible (which the course that I published didn't have). So that's why I took it down for now.

It also works when attaching to courses and DMs.

So... I'm looking for more volunteers 😁 I've worked with dozens of you fine folks to get my first training up to a satisfactory level. The training is made to help you attract the right community members (and educate them while you're at it). It's the most natural way I know of getting peoples attention, interest, and buy in. In this training you'll learn the first skill of effective community builders. I believe this is the most important skill of the three, and will be used throughout all the other trainings. I'll say more in some upcoming videos. But I just wanted to get a feel for the room for now. (This is also for people who volunteered before, and worked with me one-on-one.) So what do you say.
