1. A new day! I’m working on starting each day with excitement for what is to come! Instead of dragging myself out of bed, I’m excited to get up and start the day! ☀️ 2. Finally getting to meet the other people that are doing the Soul Awakening program. We had an awesome zoom together! 3. Knowing what I want and not ignoring my feelings 4. Meditation. 🧘 I took time this morning (10 min) to sit in quiet and see what comes up. Nothing ground breaking happened but it was really nice and it felt good to connect with myself 5. The Miracle Morning! I started the book by Hal Elrod and I began my first miracle morning today and I’m truly excited to get into this 30 day challenge! Intentions/Goals: 1. Productivity. I want to finish my homework before Jade gets off work. 2. Stay focused on the positive. I’m having a really bad day and I want to work on changing my perspective today. 3. Love myself and connect with my higher self

Gratitude 11/20/24
Gratitude 11/20/24 1. I got up early and did session seven of Soul Awakening! It was a wonderful way to start the day and I learned a lot! 2. Meditation. I don’t do it all the time but when I do, it feels so great and really starts off my day right! 3. SAVERS Miracle Morning! I just started it and I am loving it! It makes getting up in the morning so much easier. 4. My mind. It’s crazy how powerful and persuasive they can be. That’s why perspective is so important. 5. Focus. I’ve been focusing on school more and it is showing in my work! Intentions/Goals: 1. Ace my exam today!!!! 2. Not snack before bed 3. Affirmations and visualization throughout the day

Gratitude 11/19/24
1. A day free for homework! It feels like it’s never ending! But I’m close to the end of my first ever semester! 2. A really good therapy session! I love my therapist 3. Being able to recognize when I’m not handling a situation well and changing my attitude, perspective, and speech. Before I wouldn’t have been able to do that! 4. Dinner tonight! I’m make steak burrito bowls and I think they are going to be bomb 💣 and everyone is going to like them! :) 5. Taking care of stuff that needs to get done. It’s a pain in the ass but it feels good to do it! Intentions/Goals: 1. Productivity and focus 2. Not snack before bed 3. Affirmations and visualization throughout the day

Sunday Scaries!
Gratitude List 11/17/24 1. A quiet morning making a grocery list and doing some of my morning rituals 2. Kindness and respect. I held the door open for some older people and they were so appreciative. It makes me kind of sad, it should be a normal thing to hold the door open for people, especially the elderly! 3. Going to the gym even when I’m sick. It kind of sucks and I’m already over it! But I’m pushing through! 4. Finally getting back into work days! It wasn’t so bad yesterday and I can’t wait to put it all behind me! 5. Getting to spend time with my mama. I had a lot of fun yesterday visiting and doing a puzzle! 🧩 Intentions/Goals: 1. Take some time to journal 2. Do something creative 3. Make 5 people smile today! I’m already down three!! 😁
