@Jay Dayhoff Glad you found Kyle and this group. Seems like we are on similar spots but we all need to stop, realize we are no longer happy (in my situation) and need to make change.

NEW TRAINING: Why Boundaries Are Loving 🖤

I may be off but for me, I have boundry issues due to when I was younger it was always, "you will hug your aunt", "you will hung your grandmother", "you will kiss X", etc. It wasn't something I felt comfortable with but forced into doing it, and now I hold back due to I don't know if this is what I "want" or "have I been conditionsed to do it"? I have been lucky enough and a few people I do say bye too, hug or we have our way that we are both comfrotable with but those are my few true relaionships I have formed over the years. Learning my boundries and what makes me happy sure is key to my self love.

I still find this poll interesting as I'm sure many of us could check each item but we can only check one.
Happy Monday 😎
People pleasing can be a hard habit to break. For many of us, it has been conditioned into us since childhood. It is important that we give ourselves grace and patience with the process as we make changes. But it is also important to ask for help when doing it all on our own isn't working. It helps accelerate and ease the process immensely when you have someone who knows how to overcome this. So with that, Im curious, What do you feel is your biggest struggle to stop people pleasing ? Comment Below ⬇️ PSS. How is the course going for you ? What questions do you have? feel free to comment below or send me a private message

@Kyle Freeman Totally agree but then again my current employer asks and wants an honest response. Not saying some things I have to just go with it but they are totally different then my last employer. I'm waiting till I can have the "HELL YES" attitude but I've improved. Maybe I need to have a sticker made that says that so I can see and think of it more and could help me.

You worded it better, but 'We don't want to deal with the past bcause we don't want to open the old wond. But in reality, the wond is open and needs to be healed to move away from the past'. Ouch, that realty hit home for sure. Now to do the 20/40 task.
