Last Nights Event
Hi, just want to thank everyone who attended the networking event last night. It was a great turn out. For those of who missed the event we touched base on a very good book I highly recommend Profit First, by Mike Michalowicz. Anyone that would like to learn more or in attending please reach or message me personally. Thanks Larry Peotter

Hazzing up
I had a couple cars that I did lately inside my shop it's very well lit when compounding All my pads are very clean I use the wool pads by Americana and after I get done I wipe it all down I notice a little bit of haze only on the side panels nothing on the hood roof or the rear any flat surfaces I definitely made sure my pads are cleaned The way I got rid of it is I used a jeweler's polish to buff it all out but any suggestions why it hazes up like this thank you

Hey Barry wool pads will sometimes leave a bit of a haze depending how much heat is introduced to the panel. What foam pad and polish are you following up with after your compound?
Intro- Start Here
My Name is Evan I’m 19 and I’m the owner of OnPoint Mobile Detail in Morris County, New Jersey. I’ve been detailing for almost a year and a half, but fully locked in to detailing for 3 months. As a new detailer that isn’t established and doesn’t have a footprint really in my area my biggest struggle is getting reoccurring/new leads. I’m at around 10 leads a week looking to try and get it to around 35 leads a week before the start of next spring/summer.

Hi Evan, thanks for reaching out. This is what we just covered in our networking meeting this last week. - 5 way to get more customers  - Reach out to people, by cold calling, cold emailing, cold DMing - Make content that helps attract people who WANT to buy your stuff.  -Put yourself in the customer's shoes. What would they want to see? -Don’t worry about the quality of the video with the crazy edits. Essentially the purpose of making content is to show proof of your work. - Run paid ads through different platforms- Google, Meta( facebook/ intsagram) Tiktok - Get affiliates and Partners Get other people that serve similar businesses that will then refer your business. - Customer Referrals -Leverage customers to help share the experience they received. -If 1 customer can refer just 2 customers you now DOUBLED your business. Please stop by store since you are local if you like to discuss more ideas to help grow your business. THanks Larry
