Create a lead in CRM and assigned to the sales person for tele calling and reference and for advertisement we can Integrate the CRM ( Could you share where you advertise ) 2. Whenever your salesperson received the document from the customer he will convert that lead into the opportunity and attached that document under that 3. Now the salesperson can sent the file to the finance team manually out of the CRM and update the status on the opportunity that "Sent for Approval" and based on that followup and update the final status "Approved or not" 4. Or else you can Integrate with your finance portal where automatically whenever the salesperson select the stage 'Sent for Approval" that document and details trigger to your finance team protal for the approval and they update their approval or not on the portal and here in CRM the opportunity gets updated as per that
