My first time was last month. I did the best I could to keep up with the breathing. Had massive cry and such. Laughed a bit. Thought the crying was done. But no. Had one more. In the end, there was no major life shift for me yet. Like the story of the lady leaving her abusive husband. But through out the week and after. Many emotions surfaced. Granted I did attend trauma reboot, rekie healing drumming, sacred circle gathering, stretches, deep tissue massage, sound bathing, salt bath, self energy clearing, and EA (emotions anonymous). One for sure, being in a large group, for 3 hours of intense, intentional and good guide sure did something!!! Wishing that helped. Many blessings to all on transforming dense dark and unbeneficial energy to light, fun, and love energy.
Getting connected.
Hi everyone. In Tampa, and I am looking to get connect to people in person. Call me old school. I admit. But chatting with people in person feels alive and fun. Not much a reader myself. So killing two birds in one stone. In trauma reboots and EA (emotions anonymous), they (and my personal understanding what is NOT working for me - healing all on my own without a partner) encourage healing by connecting to people. Been so scared for so long. And now I am taken that leap of scary uncertain faith to reach out and continue on the next healing step by being with people, in person. To share, listen, exchange experiences and progress, all the while learn how to support and help one another. So feel free to PM to continue progressing. To those who does not live in Tampa, I wish you all the best in your healing journey. Blessing of new possibilities, new connections, and better healing to all. May all souls be happy and free.

@Deborah Robinson agree. There was a lot of support energy to keep the healing going. If to be one on one, then I do not think I would get the benefit like the group.

@Madison Hodges congratulations. Happy healing .
Hello!
My name is Alex, I was born in Colombia. I recently attended the event for the second time since last year and it was astonishing seeing all of the progress I have made internally and with myself!! How much love I have for myself which has helped me in my everyday life. I am extremely grateful for Witality and how it has helped me liberate so much. I am intentionally looking to let go of self limiting beliefs, in order to go after what I know I am capable of and even if I’m scared to push through and trust in myself that I’ll figure out a. Way! I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone and looking to excel in my success !

Humm
Good morning from Tampa Florida. The name is Lea. Hurricane Debby is on its way. Thank goodness it will miss us. Yay. Happy dance. I am curious what would happen if people were truly transparent with their emotions? How will the people giving and receiving react to the transparency?
