Tetrade is a nice reframe on exercise. Solid for beginners. Nice for intermediates who need a palate cleanse between cycles. Great for experts who want a change. It helped me in each of those ways too. The hardest part for me was the Zero day. Not doing anything is rough. Think of turning my zero day into a baseline workout day. I do one set. That’s MY type of day off. Then do the math accordingly for the other days. The program flexibility is nice to make it your own.
