Who the hell are you?
I’m still listening to Atomic Habits. I would beg anyone who sees this post, consider reading that book with the intention to learn. It’s a game changer. From my listening today: “It’s not about achieving external measures of success, like earning more money, losing weight or reducing stress… Fundamentally, habits aren’t about having something - they’re about becoming someone. Ultimately, Your habits matter because they help you become the type of person you wish to be. They are the channel through which you develop your deepest beliefs about yourself. Quite literally, you become your habits.”

I heard a quote today that was “you won’t rise to the level of your goals, you will fall to the level of your habits and routines and preparation.”
Healthy Routine
I have a goal. I want to start waking up at 6:30 every morning. To help with this goal, I want to start sticking to my already in place for the last year Alarm that goes off at 10:30 every night to go to bed that I just ignore.

August Goals Accountability Update
What’s up my kings! Thought I’d come on here and give you and update of how my August goals are going. We’re 9 days into the month so I’m going to let you know how many days I’ve been able to successfully do my goals for the day: -Only eat food that are rated 60 or higher on the Yuca app. If I fail, I have to start over for 30 days. (9/9) -Switch off every day at the gym doing: chest, upper back, biceps, triceps, shoulders one day, and abs, lower back, squat machine, quad machine the next day. (9/9) -In bed by 10pm every night (6/9) -2 page scripture study every day (6/9) -Read 10 min from a business book every day (6/9) -10 min house clean every day (5/9) -Plan out the following day at 9:45 every night (6/9) I’ve also lost 5 pounds so far in 9 days, so that’s a huge win!

What about religion?
Are we allowed to talk about goals, accomplishments, and inspitation regarding our individual beliefs? To what extent is that a topic ok to be mentioned or discussed?

This is totally acceptable and even encouraged! We're here to lift each other up and find common ground. As long as we stay away from outright argument and attacking each other I think we'll be ok!
