I wouldn't do anything too intensive today (sports at light intensity, mobility and meditation/visualisation, for example: that you do good tomorrow and that you are fast) and eat healthy and drink a lot (minimum 3l)
And tomorrow same but I would say eat a banana 1 hour before the sprints and warm up properly just before the sprints and believe in yourself and give everything you have and you will definitely succeed
