Good evening Notary Community :) I am a commissioned notary in Florida, living in Miami. I have been a notary for a few years, doing work for my former boss (mortgage servicer). I also served as witness countless times for loan docs for the real estate attorney who shared office space with us. I am no longer with them and decided to explore the notary biz more in depth. I am a newbie when it comes to doing this on my own. I recently completed the RON course, and am in the process of filling out the application and next steps. Super excited to see where this journey takes me. Beyond appreciative of this community and its support. 🙏
