Landing back in this dimension
Hello my dear travelers - I just returned from the research project in Tepotzlan. The team of scientists and the medicine faculty are beyond amazing. The progress we are making with understanding the benefits of 5 MeO is palpable. My personal journey was spectacular. I allowed the molecule to love me, and that it did. I was enveloped in love and many colors with a living mural blowing through my bones of the beauty and perfection in evolution. Now, I tend to my kids, my husband, my womb, my services with an informed and bursting heart. Also, a grounded quality, accepting imperfection and modern models that I can use with alignment.

Beautiful! Love you, love this process 💗
Tell me 5 things on your alter and what they mean or facilitate for your energy!
I’m just going into a puja to one of the goddesses that I worship and I was wondering what do you worship and why..mainly how has 5 influenced that? For me, I have been practicing a traditional stream of tantra since before I met 5 (my self in the mystical) and it has deepened my practice and given me much more discernment in priorities and devotional practices. I make many offerings to the space element, in my home and in my heart. When I serve the medicine I make sure the space gets fed as much as we do. What do you do to have relationships with energies we don’t necessarily see?

I love this. I’ll describe the altar I prepared for ceremony last night. 1) Ganesha. Because all things first go through him, and he is a benevolent teacher. Sometimes I use a stone that represents Ganesha and holds his energies. 2) A finger labyrinth. This was given to me several years ago by a teacher who came in the form of a mental health counselor. It’s origins are a little mysterious, and it’s one of my favorite-ever objects. 3) A little piece of driftwood collected by my soul sister JC when we were on retreat together. It has several tiny holes that are perfect for holding… 4) Incense! This happens to be the same incense I burned during puja with Ganesha earlier this year. 5) A candle. I don’t know how a single tea light came to land in my medicine bag, but I lit it for ceremony and discarded it at the end. I have a lot of different goodies for the altar at this time, and I take enormous pleasure in arranging those things when I serve. More and more often, and without conscious effort, the medicine altar resembles the puja altar. I love that.
