Should I argue with them?
I am running into this one specific issue. I am growing my YT channel and of course I am getting some hate. But I don't know what to do. I mean I don't care about those crabs, but I think that answering those hate comments and explaining to them, why I said, what have I said and that I know what am I talking about so it could be kinda benefecicial to me. I am growing my science based lifting focused channel. I have tried to debate with those guys in the comments a few times, it kinda boosted the reach of the video, but I don't know if it is the right way to go about it. I know Kris has been really promoting this non-arguing mindset and stoicism, but I feel like I can explain those guys why I am right, so anyone who opens the comments and sees that I answer to every hate comments can see that I know what I am talking about and I can prove my opinions. What do you think is the best way? Ignore them or try to debate?

Can you look at the comments with a clear head and without getting emotional? If not, donโ€™t even look at them, focus on making great content. If you can, differentiate between trolls/haters and those who have real questions or differing opinions. Ignore the true haters, but having some good faith conversations in the comments could help grow your community. Good luck!
We've got a married father here - Introduction
27 years old here. Small town in the USA. Maybe I'm a bit unusual, idk, but despite being married with one kid, I enjoy listening to Kris talk about becoming the best version of yourself. I'm trying to improve myself to build an awesome future for myself and my family. 1. Mindset - I've been juggling my master's degree + work + being a father/husband + fitness, I feel like it has taken me to a different level of discipline and mindset. I'm productive like 90-95% of the hours I'm awake, which I do not want to do for that much longer. Luckily master's degree will be done soon. 2. Fitness - I'm down from 210 pounds to 185 (5'10") with more strength than before, but honestly I'm still skinny-fat. Want to improve here. I play soccer so I want to be on the leaner side. 3. Understanding Women - Feel like my wife and I have a good relationship. Also, as I improve, she tends to improve too, which is nice. I encourage her to build habits that support her health, etc. 4. Success - I have a software job that - without going into too much detail - I'm kinda locked in to. It gives us a good but not mind-blowing salary. If I want to progress faster financially I need to grow an income outside of my 9-to-5. I have started using my coding and data science skills to build a habit tracker app. I want it to help people have better quality of life from sticking to healthy habits. Will probably want to make a YouTube channel to market the product when the habit tracker is more mature. The challenge will be managing time to get my day job done while working towards a business. 5. Life Setup & Framing - This is where I do the worst. My wardrobe is terrible, mostly old t-shirts and shorts. I drive an older car. House is reasonably nice though. As our child gets older I should have more free cash to spend on fun stuff like this. I must say Kris has convinced me it's more important than I once thought. Also, I would like to make more friends when I have time. P.S. Please like so I can unlock the free course LOL

@Awen Subile Yeah for sure, more mental power but also less time to use it towards success etc. Worth it though
