I’m Nic.. 38 from the UK. I have two adult kids.. three if you count the hubby.. 7 doggies of varying cheekiness - mostly rescues. I’m a small business owner and that has come with it’s own challenges over the last few years, but I have done my best to rise to them and face them head on. Now I’m starting out (again) on what I see as the next chapter of my life - to start taking some time for ‘me’ and taking control of my body and fitness. My aim is to lose a few stone, tone up, improve my overall health and fitness and build my confidence back up from rock sodding bottom.
