Printing with Bambu PETG, can someone explain what this is and how do I fix it? Also I have been printing both PETG and PLA, seems to be some residue left on the PEI plate. What is the best way to clean it? or can I?

Hello everyone! I'm excited to share my re-designed Pac-Man Ghost with you all. I'd love to hear your feedback on the design and any suggestions you may have for improvement. So in the pursuit to push my printer to its limits I had to design a diffuser for my LED matrix which is 319 mm, now it's easier said than done since my build plate is 256 x 256 x256. Thank you, @Brandon Santana , for your help once again as you can see it worked perfectly.
