Welp it happened, I broke the diet/no cheat condition. I caught back to back flights, with the second call being at 2am. While waiting for my crew I got extremely tired and needed to get caffeine for the flight home. The coffee machines were broken and the only option for caffeine was a redbull (which is against my diet rules). I decided that I needed caffeine to feel anwake enough to return, and so made the decision that I would need to drink one, and restart today. Going forward I am bringing a natural tea based caffeine drink with me in case I get in the same situation again. Stay on it y’all!
