I usually meditate for 10 minutes a day and I've been doing it for quite some time but I've bearly did it this month of March. I am starting a 30 day meditation challenge for this month of April on Medito which is a very good mediation app I use that I recommend to anyone who wants to get started with meditating. So I'm doing the mindfulness challenge this April to get back into meditating since I've literally just stopped this March.
