Good day my father passed away in 2021 in COVID time his wife passed on a week before him. He had 3 biological children and she had 2 children not his children..they have a house together and the other house is only on my father's name we don't know if there is a will..they were married in community of property. What will happen now? We the 3 children is staying in the 1 house and the other children want to sell it
