Seriously, how did I survive without AI? 😵‍💫 I can't remember who I was before LOL I'm currently using a combination of Chat GPT, Notion AI and Perplexity to write a business plan for my design agency so that I can apply for grants. (Ya girl is BROKE! 🥹) Now I've done a lot of things before but I've never written a business plan before so I asked ChatGPT, which is already personalized with data about me and my business, for help. This was my prompt: "I want to write a business plan for my brand design agency. I've never written a business plan before so I don't know where to start or what elements to include" Of course Chat GPT came through with the goodies. I would share the response but since it's specific to my business, I can't 🤐 ... BUT... I will tell you that it included all the categories or sections to include and explanations for everything. 🎉🎉🥳 I'm going through each section and putting it into Notion where I have literally everything about my business and life and asking it to generate the answers for me, with tweaks of course. Then I'm using perplexity for the parts where I need specific references, like with Market Research and Data. I feel like a complete nerd saying this but I'm actually having a blast doing this because it's so easy and effective! 🥰💃🏾 Just wanted to share with you folks since we're all AI friends here 🤭👋🏾 and I'm including a few GIFs to describe my mood right now!

I just added YEARS to my tired and old MacBook Pro (2012) it's a horse of a machine but...Apple doesn't support it anymore. I wasn't able to download the software I need to do my work. Even Google Drive was telling me that it was about to stop supporting it.Which meant this (yes heavy) but perfectly fine piece of metal was destined to the dump. And I can't have that. Geek that I am (and VERY conscious of the environmental/wallet impact this would have) I set out to figure out if I could do something to breath some life into.And I'm happy to report I found it. There's a way to 'jailbreak' essentially a roundabout way to upgrade it. And I'm now writing this on my brand 'new' Sonoma (soon to be upgraded to Sequoia) computer. I just used the "Act as a prompt engineer..." example from the "Let's Get Meta" class to help create a color pallet for my mom's new home. She loves it! Here is the color palette and a few inspo photos. I'd like to make a mood board - *please share any tips on mood boarding!* I briefly tried with GPT but didn't like what I got. However, it did give me great next steps on interior design planning and tools. I also used the Magical extension to make a template for a prompt to create a prompt. Makes it so easy! Personal side note: I am SUPER proud of my mom. She was in an abusive relationship for over 35 years. She's been on her own for about 6 years now, and this is her FIRST solo home purchase. She is turning 72 this year and is doing great. It is never too late to create the life you deserve! 💝
