I'm Marie, living in the French Alps. I've been practicing yoga for 10 years, and it offered me so much, both when life's more challenging or sweet. My first love was Hatha yoga, and now I am enjoying more yin practices (yin yoga, restorative yoga...) ; I do love taking my time in poses, exploring my breath and range of motion. Yoga is my moment, my place of peace, whenever I roll out my mat. Looking forward being part of this community
