I want to share my experience with Coach Amanda. I have struggled with weight loss my entire life. After losing a significant amount of weight, I went through some challenging life experiences and gained much of it back. It took me years to lose that weight again, but it wasn’t until I started working with Coach Amanda that I was able to shed 44 pounds. She guided me through understanding what foods I should eat, how to track my macros, manage my calories, and what types of workouts and weights were best for me. Coach Amanda has been with me every step of the way, offering invaluable support and guidance. Thanks to her, I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’ve found more drive and motivation to continue my weight loss journey, staying active and more mindful of what I put into my body. I am incredibly grateful for her love, patience, compassion, and expertise, which have helped me reach where I am today.
