How do you usually listen to podcasts?
I’m putting together a community synthesis of all the best advisor podcasts. Skool.com/financialadvisors The idea is put them all in one place where you can track what you’ve listened to, comment and discuss with others, and learn from the best! So how do you currently listen to your favorite shows?

Podcast Addict, FTW!
LACRM -> Monday.com -> Wealthbox -> Attio -> Microsoft To Do
So continues the saga for my "task management" system It's important to me to be able to focus, so I want the ability to identify my tasks for the day, and then pick one or two to work on and only see them. Then once complete, go back to my full list and pick another task. - Less Annoying CRM - pretty limited here, you just see the full list of your tasks - Monday.com - groups and tasks, and sub-tasks, I found it just getting out of control and I ended up not even looking at it - Wealthbox - similar issue to LACRM, just a running list of tasks and not a way to focus on today, or right now - Attio - very slick, I love their UI (thanks @Dustin Belliston ), but their task feature is incredibly limited - a way to focus here may be to click the company record you're working on, work on its tasks, then go back to the full list and pick the next company / contact... What I really like about Microsoft To Do is the buckets (or lists) of tasks (see attached). I've been using it regularly for shopping lists, very easy to add items from my phone and check them off as I put them in the cart. I haven't used the Faith, Family, Finances, Friends, Fitness buckets as much, but I like them for larger projects / goals in those categories. But its the top section that really resonates with me. You can start with the "All" bucket, then: - Mark tasks you want to work on today to the "My Day" bucket - Then mark one or two tasks in "My Day" as important - Then I work out of the Important bucket, complete those, go back to "My Day" and add another to "Important" Plus it has this really satisfying ring when you check one off. It does have team functionality I believe, but definitely isn't a full-fledged CRM. But I'm a one-man show at this point, so I'm digging it currently. You can also set future tasks, recurring tasks, etc. What about you, what do you use on the daily to manage your tasks? P.S. I also use post-it notes, scratch notes, etc, but trying diligently to find a digital solution I prefer :)

@Joe Moss This has been my solution. 100% customizable, and has been VERY worth it. Goes across all platforms I need and has great integration.
