Detailing set ups
I'm coming up to a point where I can make a choice. The choices are to buy a vehicle; van, or truck. Buy a trailer and outfit it. I'm wondering, what the community has. Its pros and cons to all choices.

Depends on what you’re looking for. Pros and cons to everything. I picked a truck because imo you get the best of both worlds. A work and personal vehicles. I used to work out of my RAV4 but I would constantly be spilling chemicals on my seats, having water leak somehow into the carpet and the towels stunk up my car so bad. I also was limited on space. I was deciding between a van + personal vehicle or a truck I could use for both. I ultimately went with a truck and low profile setup. Everything fits under my cover so when I close the top of it and you can’t tell it’s even a work vehicle. Then when I’m working I put the magnets on that make it look more like a company truck. On top of that, the bed has a ton of space for everything I need to bring with me. I also got a crew cab. The back seats lift up completely so I have a ton more space in the back cabin for extra stuff I want to bring. Best of all I only have 1 car payment.
Websites
Anyone have a recommendation of a easy system to create a website? Spoke to a ad marketer today he said that should be my main priority. Second would be getting traffic to the website. TIA!

@Oscar bro bring back the setup reviews
Bring em back I thought those videos were really interesting and informative especially when I was getting started. I just finished adding the water tank to the back of my truck. Obviously I’m no carpenter nor am I a plumber lol. So it may look a little rough but it works. So far. If anyone else has a truck setup and wants to make suggestions as to how I can improve it feel free. Hope everyone’s been killing it. Let’s get after it this week homies. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

@Clinton Hunter it’s a process, I’ve accumulated that stuff over the course of this year. You just upgrade as you go.

I got the G9 too. Great polisher for the price point. I’ll buy a rupees when that thing dies.
What am I doing wrong on Wheel Barrels??
I’ve been detailing a little under a year, and I’m just so lost on how detailers are able to get the inner wheel barrels so clean? I struggle with this a lot. Im referring to the red portion in the picture. I’ve used PNS break buster as well as Adams wheel cleaner full strength but I still never seem to be able to get it fully clean. Tried iron remover as well. Usually I can only get it about 50% clean. Even on newer cars. There’s always a bunch of leftover break dust and I hate leaving my clients rims like that. Any advice? Should I start using wheel acid instead?
