If you don't have X Premium, the most you can get is 720p. Getting Premium its a great investment if you have some spare money bro.

No problems yet, just do a quick stretch on your hands before even going to your PC bro. There are a lot of videos on YouTube from doctors teaching you step to step, I recommend you looking into searching for those.
