Hey guys I am playing ultimate in Rostock (north east Germany). We are at the coast of the Baltic Sea so we also play a lot of beach Ultimate. I am giving ultimate sports courses at the Uni here, but itβs more of an introduction to ultimate as most people over here are not really familiar with the sport. I most recently became a dad and struggle with balancing Family, job and Ultimate / workouts. Looking forward to advice regarding short, but powerful workouts, and advice for coaching absolute beginners in Ultimate.
