Hello from Iowa! Really excited to see this taking shape. It's definitely needed.

So wait - how do I get a IDS monogramed shot timer, again? :p Are you all ready for Thanksgiving? I have been prepping all day as usual - every year we clear out our living room and rent tables and chairs to fill it up. We have friends / family / church family / salon clients / our boys classmates over for our annual Thanksgiving Feast...this year looks like around 25 people we know of. It is a lot of work - but always great to bless folks and have a place for them to come and celebrate. It has been quite a year with both my wife and I having heart issues followed by ablations...getting healthy, stronger and fit to fight has been a journey - but I am so thankful for what the Lord has pulled me and my family through. Plus get this - last week my oldest boy bought his 1st house! (kinda makes a guy think he's getting old - NAH) And the boy we "adopted" and helped get thru Chef School is getting married next April - this will be the last Thanksgiving they both will be living here at home. My youngest probably will still be here next year - but this will be the last full house Thanksgiving...I will need them all to come home a day early to keep helping Pops rearrange all the furniture. Plus Chef Evan needs to keep cooking! LOL Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving holiday. I appreciate each one of you. Be Blessed. I have to get back to work - the bathrooms need cleaned yet. :D

I hope you all are ready for all my questions. I feel blessed I don't have to unlearn stuff because I am starting out only learning from IDS. But I tend to think about stuff - maybe even over-think some times...so I will certainly asking questions. I recognize some names from folks I met at the FightIQ4CCW class...it is an honor to be here with some of you all.
