Pretty awesome what is possible when you get the offer right. It's tempting to think you can only charge a couple hundred bucks a month, but many businesses out there need help with this kind of stuff. I decided to quote $8,500 & $1,850 p/m after 90 days, and they actually said yes. They own a roofing business and paid another company $18k and $4k a month for 12 months with very little results, so my $8,500 & $1,850 per month (after 90 days) is a bargin. Think bigger and find ways to package all the new tools available for businesses with money.

A while back I was trying to figure out what kind of AI (and other) services the market wanted. I couldn't quite figure it out, so I set up some calls with business owners in my market and asked them a bunch of questions about their businesses. It didn't take long to figure out what they needed. I took what I learned, created my first offer for $5,800 & $297 p/m, and sold it to the first business owner I pitched it to.
