THE BORING WORK, WORKS 📈💰
I’m probably most excited for G to share this type of stuff with yall 1/2022 I started putting $100 per week into SPY. When I started working with G 1:1 in July this year he told me he wanted me to find a way to contribute more I had nothing left, pay check to pay check I evaluated every single dollar that came in and went out of my bank account and I figured out I could do an extra $100 per week if I only did date night 1 day a week instead of 2 ($100/night easily) This brought my weekly contributions to $200/week G helped me get serious with a strategy Today I have $17,092.70 in cash invested into the account but it’s valued at $22,886 That’s $5786.27 profit in 2 years just swinging the axe and staying consistent each week (quite a bit better than my savings account would’ve done) Guys, we are all already doing this with our fitness, just replicating the discipline and action with our finances now Consistent persistent action I love this shit 💪🏝️🦈

Man I scheduled a meeting with my financial advisor for the first week of December. Want to know more about my current portfolio and raise contribution amounts. Seeing this has me even more pumped for that meeting!
Time blocking/ being intentional with my time
I feel like I will tweak this as I go throughout my day tomorrow. I really need to be intentional with my time. Bc i know I waste a lot of time. That could be spent on something positive going toward a goal. Here is my time block. This will change when I go to shift in January. But it’s nice to get this started now.

Time blocking/ being intentional with my time

Mine I've heard it probably 2-3 times to use time blocking and how it actually frees you up. Never followed through. But that call and this group pushed me to time block my schedule yesterday and I feel so much more prepared and organized. Feels like it makes the day less stressful. And like many of us, being a dad, I was guilty of straying during family time to get on my phone and work. With that time blocked I feel free to just be present, put my phone down, and be a better dad and husband. Already felt the impact day one today. Can't wait to keep tweaking and growing! #6pack7fig
Get stack vs Pump 30
Obviously I created the group to get back into the get stack. The powerlifting and volume associated with the GS. Bc when you have a small group pushing each other everyone wins. But that’s just in the gym. After last nights call it really got me thinking. Dalton what do you want right now? What is my goal right now. Am I trying to compete in a power lifting meet? I’m not trying to lose weight. I’ve stayed in a solid float since I won the contest and been pushing numbers on lifts. I knew @Mike Poglese was still in the pump 30s BUT now I understand the why behind it. It’s got me thinking should I do the same. What’s your thoughts G?

@Gilbert Perez I'm thinking the same, and still want to find a way to fit in some of the max effort lifts. Keep me updated with what you may be doing/thinking, I might join ya!
Creating new steaks
Day 1 of creating intentional time blocks and executing. I feel like I’m on a different level. I appreciate G calling me out saying I didn’t want it last night. But I DO WANT IT!! I woke my ass up, got in the pumps and lunges. Took a walk to clear my head, and I got my learn on with the software I keep putting off. So much to learn, but I WILL have my own web studio in 2025, mark it! LFG!!!

Awesome man! Let's get it! 6 Pack & 7 Figures!!
Opinion on paying off my upstairs and then house.
So most of you know, I took a new role at my current job which was a pay cut because I don’t get my built-in overtime working 40 hours a week. Come January we go back to shift where I will make my money back up. This will be roughly $800 a month thought about going to night shift to get shift differential which would be extra 15%. My main reason would be to pay off my Upstairs when we finished it, we used home equity line to finish it with the interest rate it’s roughly $1100 a month. My goal was to pay that off as fast as I could by paying $1000 extra on it. Then after I paid off my Upstairs, I would then put the extra thousand plus the thousand dollar payment on my actual house to pay that off. I kinda crunch numbers look like I could get everything paid off roughly around the age of 42. And that’s not being overly aggressive, but intentional. Do you think this is a good strategy always thought about being financial free and not having a house payment would be pretty fucking cool and then invest extra money into the stock market I do Work but like you said you can’t really touch it till you retire But after listening to last nights call, kinda thought about still doing that but then also investing a little bit on side to build that up early. I have a lot of thoughts so any help would be appreciated.

My opinion, but I think it depends. I got my mortgage when rates were stupid low. If I can earn more than the interest of my house, I come out ahead, which with a low interest rate is easy to do. I've listened to the Dave Ramsey philosophy though, being debt free sounds good, and does provide freedom when you get there. But this is why I think it depends on interest rates, and what future plans are for where you will live. I built my house on land that's been in the family for over 100 years. The roads named after us. I'm gonna die here haha. So know for my situation I looked at it and said it didn't make sense to be in a hurry to pay it off when that money could better serve me elsewhere. Be interested in others thoughts, and @Billy Beckman since this dude does mortgages for a living and I'd trust his opinion
