200kg Deadlift
Just hit a 200kg(440lb) deadlift. I've been training my deadlift my deadlift since sept 2023. I have also just reached a 1000 pound total with this pr at 142 pounds bodyweight.

Definitely shouldn't have tried another Pr attempt but I still did and I surprised myself and got my first 3 plate squat!!!

305lb Squat @142lb bodyweight
I changed how I would breath and brace into my belt and it added 20 pounds onto my squat. Instead of breathing into my belt I breathed up into my chest.
