Like you Kyle I too believe everything you had stated. I appreciate you leaving a detailed statement on your point of views and contributing here. I also believe a great deal of humility is required as a leader. We often are looked to for all the answers. We feel the pressure to respond with a level of confidence in times of uncertainty. It truly is important to have fellow leaders to lean on because we do not know everything. It is also important to be transparent with the team and other fellow leaders. Leading up and down the chain can only be done with trust in my opinion.
