Thanks Nitesh and Piyush for your help, we have successfully setup inbound email facility for ticket But right now we are having a small problem with it.We have created a template for outgoing email which is sent to the customer when a user changes the status of that ticket from New to Assigned But the automatic emails from, 'CRM' is not delivered to the customer it doesn't go to Gmail, it doesn't go to Microsoft. Pls help in this.
