Hello everyone, my name is Megan :) My main fitness challenge is to put on more muscle and lift heavier. I have been training for around 4 years now. These last two years I have made the most progress/ learned the most. What motivates me to train is my passion for weightlifting. It is truly something I love to do. I feel more motivated by showing up for myself consistently and seeing results from that! I think this community can definitely help me improve my overall knowledge and push me to be better! And, my favorite color is obviously red 🎯
