What daily habits help you maintain a strong mindset?
For myself balance was always something I struggled with. In my life today I give myself the smallest of goals that allow me to snowball my momentum into the actual end goals I am wanting to achieve. Such as with the gym, some days I don't want to go, but I dont focus on the hard workout I'm driving to go do. Instead I just drive there thats my goal, then once I'm there then just walk to the door, then once I'm inside i pick one workout or activity to do. By this time I've changed the feelings I had about even going to the gym.

I’ve started doing morning walks, practicing my gratitude, I’ve started painting a little bit again, and just try to keep a clear head and have also stopped stressing about stuff I can’t control, even though it might make me mad in that moment, there’s nothing in my control to do to change it. I just keep pushing no matter how bad things get!
