@Corey Shorte Yessir so far today I’m at 225C and 165p idk abt fats I ignore them lol abt to have 80p from half a chicken n 55gs carbs from ramen how’s that sound for the day I’ve been tryna keep track since yesterday Im kinda inconsistent with my diet prolly my weak point

after I finish my training block currently I plan on it yes! I also do recommend this program for everyone btw many of us don’t have the knowledge to put together high quality and optimal programs therefor heres ur opportunity at one

239.micah is the ig I’m 15 one goal I have is to go from 885-1000lbs total (+115) by the end of the year Id love to finally hit that milestone and I’m here to be apart of a community of like minded men that support each other and help everyone and there self succeed
