How did you like the Master your Message challenge? If you haven't yet replied, I'd love to ask you a couple of questions about your experience: 1- What did you get out of this course? (I intend to use these as testimonials for future rounds, so I invite you to be honest, generous and specific and share all the insights, wins and results you experienced during this challenge.) 2- What worked for you? (what were the 'golden nuggets' or the core components that really impacted you. If I was to strip down the course to its very basics, what is it that feels like a "MUST KEEP".) 3- What can be improved? (More content? less? more time, less, more practices and less philosophy/spirituality? more core beliefs and less practices.. whatever comes to mind.. you won't hurt my feelings . Please help me make this better)

1. I feel like I got so much out of this and I’m glad I wrote lots of notes as I went along it felt good to be a student haha . I got alot of tools and was challenged to see how I’m showing up in content creation is how I show up in other areas of my life… sometimes not fully committed. So a lot of clarity of focusing my intentions to what my message even might be and having patience with that. Embodying my truth as my message. 2. Must keep for me or the golden nuggets was your authenticity with everything you taught. No sugarcoating no bs and everything was delivered in such a beautiful way to really inspire me to be better in life in general. All the videos and the platform were great and easily accessible. 3. Some of the videos maybe could’ve been shorter but me personally I didn’t mind as I enjoy your videos a lot. Thanks again brother you’re amazing and I see how powerful what you’re creating is to help others get where they want to be !
The end is the beginning
Feeling like I’ve gone through a whirlwind or rebirth of sorts recently. Very grateful for this container that was so carefully curated and delivered. It’s given me hope, perspective and a fresh slate to commit to being the embodiment of what my message is 🔥 Which is still being refined hence why I’ve yet to post a carousel. I am still challenging myself to do so with the newfound awareness and tools to do so in a new way.

Finally watched/did the breath work/closing
Feeling ALOT of emotions had many releases, feeling very raw and tender. Feeling that I let go of a lot of energy that was not my own. Still recalibrating as I come back to what it is my message even is and committing to what that might be. Thank you Nico and Anastasia so much feeling so blessed and grateful for this experience!

Closing Ceremony Preparations 🌀
Today you will need: - Clean space - Stable internet - Comfortable clothes - Sleep mask or any material to cover your eyes - Headphones (charged) - Socks It is ideal to lay down on the floor or on a yoga mat. (Not on the bed). A pillow can only be used under the knees for added comfort to your spine, you may also use a towel or a scarf to put under your head to not feel the hardness of the floor. (but no pillow under your head ) (Optional) Suggested: - candles - scented oils/ lamps - fresh flowers nearby - sage the space (or cleanse with palo santo/ salvia) - Nearby blanket Please do not eat for 2+ hours before the practice. If it’s possible, before our session warm up your body (yoga, stretching, dancing, jumping) for 10-15 min. *Make sure your phone/ computer are fully charged. If you have animals, it is advisable to leave them in another room so that you are not distracted. If you are not alone at home, please ask your loved ones/ roommates not to disturb you for ~ 2 hours. This is time is for YOU. See you soon.

Is this being recorded? I got called in to work today, I can still join with my headphones and camera off but I don’t think that is ideal as I want to be fully 🎁
