Yeah mate, I've been using this to help give ideas for in the gym, nutrition tips, writing or rewriting my Bio online, gym satisfaction survey monkey for our members, healthiest foods you can eat ideas etc etc. Great way to professionalize the things we may already know, but make it into good content :) Cheers brother. Now is an excellent opportunity to see how we track and assess the goals we set at the beginning of the year. Maybe you have wanted to take on X​ amount of clients each month? Perhaps you have wanted to study or learn new things? ​Perhaps you had an extensive list of things you wanted to achieve, ​And maybe you just wanted to create time for more meaningful things. Now is an excellent time for a trajectory check, ​Are you off course? If so, where are you heading and what needs to be changed to get back on track? To give yourself the best chance to hit your yearly goal, try working on these five things: ​Alway plan tomorrow today. Break your year into months, months into weeks, weeks into daily actions. Focus on what is truly important ( and be relentless with where your time goes. Find your distractions and remove them all. Read your goals daily. ​TRACK EVERYTHING! Adjusting your daily and weekly actions now will save you ultimately missing your targets come to the end of the year. ​​ -Tom

To have longevity in the industry we must always reflect on our service and offering. Ask yourself these 2 questions. Would I pay for my own services? How could I improve for my clients? If you are constantly improving, you have no option but to succeed. I would love to know what you are all doing at the moment to Improve?

At the moment to improve, I’ve joined a business networking group to help me understand other businesses, their models, struggles, successes and how we can learn together, help each other out, outsourcing things that aren’t our strengths to work more on the things that we know best. My 2c worth mate.
Implementation is key for a successful online training business.
Do you have a lack of information for starting your online training business, or is it a lack of implementation? If it's information, ask yourself where can I get it? If it's implementation, ask yourself do I truly want it? And it is ok if you don't.

IT IS ALWAYS HARD!
Enjoy the process of growing! Think of it as an adventure and you are creating your own story. Growing a big online fitness business is hard. Remember to stay balanced along the way and don’t forget why your doing it in the first place.
