You will find that so many people online won't take a look at your profile page. DON'T BE THEM!! Absolutely check into the people you want to friend. Check into their past posts. Check into their hobbies. Where do they live? Do they have a job? These and many more questions can be answered and used as ways to RELATE to your prospective clients. It makes it a real easy conversation if you just wanna talk to them about their latest cat video that made you laugh. This helps to get the door open to see if you can help them or not.

So, my tip of the day is to be real in your marketing. When you post, make sure it's in your voice. Make sure that you are posting real things. There is no one in the world that is you but you, so use that uniqueness to your advantage.

One of the books that Joel recommends is Expert Secrets by Russell Brunson. I cannot say how much this book really has helped my marketing! I found a free eBook on YouTube and devoured it! Loved it so much I had to buy the book. It is now filled with highlighted marks, tabs of importance, and notes! And, very weird, every chapter seems to be about a half an hour to read. (I'm a reader, so I kind of read fast.) If you don't have this book, either physically or electronically, you are missing out!

I want to start a new category that i will call the "Tip of the day". It is a public category so you guys are free to post a tip of the day yourself. What should your fellow mobsters know about? Could be anything from personal growth, to financial growth, even spiritual growth (keep it respectful). All things can be tips of the day because the quality of your business is going to reflect in the quality of your overall health.
