Messaging as a health coach
Here is what I am not- someone who will right you a diet plan or prescribe you a fixed diet because your controlling ass wants that and thinks it’s the solution. Here is what I am- I am a multi passionate health coach who finally tells you the truth: a diet plan isn’t going to make you hotter and isn’t going to make your man want to fuck you more often. Your confidence and unwavering self love, your self care and putting your needs above all IS likely going to magnetize all you desire and more bc that shit is felt. I am going to teach you the basics of diet and you’re going to implement them with confidence and we’re going to work through your ahit a long the way. Your mom, aunts And your high school Bff are probably the bitches who taught you all the shit (and yes, society) you think about yourself anyways so we’re going to figure out what you want without their shit getting into the way. And then you’re going to gain confidence bc you’re not in the edge of a panic attack or hungry all the time from starving yourself. You’ll also save money bc you’re not reaching for a coffee everytime you leave the house. SO I FEEL VERY CLEAR ON THIS. My ideal client is the woman who wants this. They tend to be business owners or entrepreneurs and they tend to be 5-10 pounds away from where they want to be (they’re healthy IMO but they say they want to lose weight) What I see is they just look at their diet as the only aspect of health which isn’t true. They obsess about their diet bc it’s what they can control and they ignore their mental and emotional health. I’m trying to get my Messaging to be more concise. I want to have a few things as a go to for messaging and I feel stuck in not knowing what that is. When I say I’m a health coach ppl assume diet and writing plans and I do not want that. How do I differentiate and make it clear that what I said above is what I serve (and yes weight loss tends to be a result)
