Problems with Powder & Training in ICC
Hello everyone. Some questions. 1. I use hot peel film, the powder I use is Super Plus DTF Powder, from DTF Super Store, I don't know its microns, but for a few weeks now I've been getting powder on the film, which didn't happen before. I want to think it's because of the change in humidity, here we stopped using the air conditioning and started using the heat, obviously the humidity changed from 70% to 40%. Do you think that could be the case? What would you recommend? It's very annoying because when the client presses their DTF, there are powder marks on them. 2. Do any of you offer any kind of training for the best use of Cadlink and the creation of ICC with NIx. 3. @Jerald Jolito when do you consider that your MS DTF Printing Business Blueprint course is ready. Greetings to all. Thank you very much.

Correct, this started when I installed the extractor, but I don't know what I should check in it. I don't know the price of the film with @Jerald Jolito , in fact I didn't know he sold supplies. Taking advantage, nice to meet you, lol lol. Tell me where you are? We can share supplier topics on this platform, I don't know if it's a rule that we don't mention suppliers. If you like we can start a chat. Greetings and a thousand thanks for your support. I am attaching some images of how my extraction is going. I repeat the problem that started now that you mention it when I installed it. I am relatively new to this with a lot to learn, but since I am a little crazy, lol lol, I dare to do many things. I am also attaching a couple of t-shirts printed by me and in this link https://youtu.be/OBsytgWzfVs you can see my machine. Thank you very much @Hashvin Daryanani , I really appreciate your comments and support.

Before I introduce myself, it's a pleasure to meet you all and thank @Jerald Jolito for sharing with us. Where are you from? I live in Allentown, PA. How many years have you been in the DTF Printing industry? I decided to return a couple of years ago, but I hit some bumps in the road, some former partners and now we are starting to get into the DTF game. The short story is that I started with a Brothers DTG and when I saw the DTF process, I thought this is slow, crazy and I bought a used machine, for fear of not buying it in China, it didn't go so well for me. I've been learning. My experience has been 20 years ago in screen printing, offset, digital UV flatbed printing, pad printing. The industry has changed a lot now, but well it's a world that I love. What immediate need can we help you with? I'm interested in many topics. I couldn't say the order as such. But well I'll mention them. How to sell yourself in the business, I see more and more people doing DTF and with terrible quality and selling it cheaper. It's impressive. It has cost me a lot to get into selling, added to the fact that my main language is not English, it's Spanish. So... although it may seem strange, they think that Mexicans don't do good things. I have been selling for many years but it was in my country, so well, I have to learn. But I do consider that more than doing DTF which we all do, we must provide customer experience and differentiating factors in our product. The color issue, I am passionate about it, I love it and I consider it to be the crucial point of any printing business, I had the opportunity to print for important brands in Mexico and color is everything, I have a lot of that education. Now I am in the phase of changing inks, since the brand I used will no longer be distributed by my supplier (Image Armor), I decided to stop using Flexi and return to Digital Factory, I already managed to do my first ICC with Nix, lol lol. Well, we are in this game.
