Figuring out my workflow for branded channel and trying new ai tools
Ngl, the ai tools are getting better day by day Tried some tools like firefly and comfy ui with flux dev 1. My current strategy is to create the first video without ant hurry becuz a branded channel has a different workflow approach in comparison to yta type stuff. In this way, i can align tasks according to my schedule and reduce unecessary tasks (like which type of footages should be used, nhow to minimize unecessary info from scripts, which music should i use, etc.) Once i figure out workflow for my branded channel, it becomes easy to make videos for me. Focusing on having a quality script, quality visuals (for visual storytelling) and most importantly idea calculation to get a good analysis for market. "Youtube is a marathon, not a sprint if you are a long term player."

I'm gonna spend today changing the direction of my YouTube channel. Last few videos got sent to the wrong audience. So, redoing the strategy to make $$$, not get meaningless views. And gonna go on a RAMPAGE with YouTube soon. Time to take over and show y'all what I'm doing 💪
Last important research before starting uploads
So the niche i have find is pretty new and has doing decent numbers. But the data i need is actual demographics and age i m looking for, before uploads. Finally its done. In this niche where every smalls channels are copying each other, i m tryin to use a different approach to create a high moat which no one can easily copy which requires great ideation, data driven and ofc the virality formula (to get calculative execution for packaging to thumbnails to everything) 📑 which small channels barely can think of. Important tip i get from mihir once, you should have a clear clarity of your audience avatar.

I would go further than just clarity of avatar, I would say, have a 1-sentence elevator pitch! Example, mine is: "I help niche creators and brands scale their YouTube revenue without AdSense"
