superneuroplasticity
Yeah, I love that word. Seems Laurent/Ryan modified the group description. It is true. Here's a tad bit of my life after the hypnosis with Ryan: an anxiolytic with zero side effects (name available to you on request and if allowed here) for two months of digging deep into some real shit. And now I cannot but hint as many people as I can to Dr. Michael Nehls: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8FnqQDj_WQ . His advice is HUGE! And supplementing Lithium Orotate, as he recommends, supports ... superneuroplasticity.

@Frank Kiel That's crazy! I shouldn't say insomnia, had that years ago due to things I wasn't addressing. But recently I'm struggling with broken sleep

@Frank Kiel Thanks for sharing, Dis -ease, am aware of that process.
Panic Attack?
Okay, who can give me any insight!? I've recently moved across the country here in AUS. I honestly have no stress, nothing to worry about. Dating a new partner and work life etc is good. Why am I suddenly feeling dizzy and worrying about my heart rate for an hour or so? I've had my share of anxiety in the past but been quite okay for sometime now after some inner work. I felt tightness in my chest today then I honestly thing the worry makes you 10x worse and also when somebody looks as you and tells you, you don't look well or pale..

Trouble Sleeping
Who else has trouble turning off and getting to sleep after a shift? Not the end of the world and not my first time using meditation/hypnosis. But I feel like I'm undergoing a mental shift and can't sleep properly now for several nights

@W Ryan Fowler I work remotely and it's what I dreamed off. I don't work after 5pm at all. I had a great routine and had a lot going on. Moved across the country 8 weeks ago. Was sleeping well and now I'm struggling. Sleep is so important! I try around 9-10pm

@W Ryan Fowler Thanks Ryan, a bit anxious yes. I will try this
Glad to be here
Does anyone else have trouble "finding" the exact place and time in our lives when we first felt something? Not my first time through meditation or hypnosis

@Matt Perry Thanks for your response. I would have to agree, we don't all have one pivotal moment.
