Hello @Rahul Rafaliya sir, The issue arises because a private team setting has been configured in this profile, wherein all access has been granted. Consequently, the most restrictive setting, which is the private team, takes precedence. Therefore, it is essential to either adjust the settings within this private team accordingly or perform a mass update on records that are currently not visible to the individual in question. Please let me know if this is solved or not

Hello @Sahil Sama sir, You can currently send automated messages for email, while for WhatsApp, this feature is not yet available; however, it is in our pipeline and will be released soon.

Hello @Sahil Sama sir, yes this is possible, For that you need to create 2 workflow, first will be for tag apply when ever the lead is created and the second will be for Alert that need to be sent to the customer when ever the lead is created

Are we able to transfer existing WhatsApp templates and campaigns to sangamcrm from sampark setu?

Hello @Vikram Patel Sir, Importing campaigns and templates from SamparkSeu into Sangam CRM is not supported. You will have to create a new template and manually copy and paste your content into it.
