As-salamu 'alaykum. I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you about some important changes that we are implementing in the program. Kindly review this message carefully and ensure that it reaches those who might have missed it. This message is for everyone who has invested in us. We want all of you to get results and we have developed a new system to help you get results quickly! During our recent coaching session, we discussed the introduction of a 5-step coaching and accountability system for all our students. This system aims to streamline your path to success, providing you with clear guidance, while also ensuring that we can effectively monitor your progress and hold you accountable at each step until you achieve the desired results, by the will of Allah. Based on your individual abilities and time constraints, we will establish a specific target for you to achieve results. Every week, on Thursday coaching calls, we will assess your progress towards this target and hold you accountable for it. It is important to emphasize that achieving results within 11-30 days is entirely possible. We have already witnessed success stories where students, who joined us only a few weeks ago, have secured positions, and we are grateful for their accomplishments. Moving forward, our Sunday coaching calls will focus on skill development. It is mandatory for everyone to attend these sessions to ensure you possess the necessary competence and confidence required to excel as a setter/closer. During these Sunday calls, we will conduct role-plays for setting and closing techniques. Furthermore, we will simulate objections that commonly arise in real-life scenarios, providing you with an opportunity to practice your responses. It is imperative that all participants come prepared for these exercises. To assist you in visualizing the new accountability system, I have attached a picture for reference. Now, let's go over the updates: 1. Attendance in the Thursday coaching sessions at 6 pm UK time is mandatory for all students. In case you are unable to attend, please send me a direct message explaining the reason, and we will arrange an alternative method to ensure your accountability. 2. During the Thursday coaching call, we will individually assess your progress in the program. You will be asked about the current step you are on, the specific assistance you require, and we will provide the necessary guidance to help you move forward. Additionally, you will be given a target for the following week, aiming to progress to the next step. 3. These weekly check-ins will likely last from 6pm to 7:30/8 pm, depending on the number of students participating. There will be no 1-1 calls with me directly unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY (under my discretion) - I want to make sure you all attend the coaching calls so everyone can benefit from the answers to your questions (everyone has pretty much the same questions). 4. Please utilize the coaching calls for any questions you may have. We encourage you to ask all queries during these sessions instead of relying on the Skool chat system. In-person communication allows for a more comprehensive demonstration and explanation of concepts, ensuring that you receive the necessary support. 5. Sunday coaching calls: Please come READY as a closer/setter and in objection handling. We will test your skills. 6. Attending the coaching calls, being ready and giving the correct answers on Sunday roleplay calls etc. will be a determining factor in helping us pre-select you for opportunities that arise within our company and our network.
